Terms of Service
Last updated: 5 September 2026
1. The agreement
These terms apply when you use Bulk Scheduler at bulkscheduler.com. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. What the service does
Bulk Scheduler lets you upload or import videos, turn long videos into short ones, generate titles, descriptions and tags with AI, and publish the result to your connected YouTube and Instagram accounts on a schedule you set.
3. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old, and old enough to hold accounts on the platforms you connect.
4. Your content, and the rights you need
Your content stays yours. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service: to store, process, re-encode and publish it to the accounts you connect.
You must have the right to publish everything you put through Bulk Scheduler. If you import a video from a channel you do not own, it is your responsibility to have permission to reuse it. Uploading content you do not have rights to can get your YouTube or Instagram account struck or terminated, and that is outside our control.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bulk Scheduler to:
- publish content that infringes copyright or another person's rights;
- publish unlawful, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative material;
- send spam, or post at a volume intended to game a platform's systems;
- break the terms of YouTube, Instagram or any other connected platform;
- attempt to access other users' accounts, content or data.
We may suspend or close an account that does these things.
6. Third-party platforms
Bulk Scheduler publishes through the YouTube and Instagram APIs and depends on them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service. If a platform changes its API, rate-limits us, rejects an upload or disables your account, we cannot override that.
7. Plans, credits and payment
Some features are limited by plan, including the number of AI generations and scheduled posts. Paid plans are billed for the cycle you choose. We can change pricing, but not retroactively for a cycle you have already paid for.
8. AI-generated text
Titles, descriptions and tags are produced by AI models and are suggestions. They can be wrong, generic or unsuitable. You are responsible for what actually gets published under your name — review before scheduling if it matters.
9. Availability
We aim to keep Bulk Scheduler running but do not promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled posts can be delayed or fail because of platform outages, expired tokens, rejected uploads or maintenance. Where a post fails, we surface the reason in the dashboard and, if you have alerts on, notify you.
10. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost views, lost revenue, lost content, or action taken against your channel by a platform. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Bulk Scheduler and delete your account at any time — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Videos already published to your own channels are unaffected.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above will change and continued use means you accept the update. Questions: contact@bulkscheduler.com.
